Nicosulfuron-methyl is an endogenous herbicide, which can be absorbed by the stems, leaves and roots of weeds, and then transmitted in plants, causing growth stagnation, chlorosis of stems and leaves and gradual wither of sensitive plants.

Nicosulfuron Mode of action Selective systemic herbicide, absorbed by the foliage and roots, with rapid translocation in xylem and phloem to the meristematic tissues.
