Glyphosate is a biocidal herbicide. There is no selectivity to plants. Almost all green plants, whether crops or weeds, will be killed after applying the medicine. After application in farmland, crops and weeds are killed. Glyphosate kills the weeds slowly. Generally, annual plants show symptoms of poisoning only 1 week after application, and perennial plants show symptoms of poisoning after 2 weeks. Poisoned plants first gradually withered the leaves on the ground, then turned brown, and finally the roots rot and die.
Application
Glyphosate is a common and non-selective systemic herbicide,
absorbed by the foliage, with rapid translocation throughout the plant.
Inactivated on contact with soil.Used to control of annual and perennial
grasses and broad-leaved weeds, pre-harvest, post-planting . It has a relatively small effect on some clover species.
It is commonly used for agriculture, horticulture, and silviculture purposes,
as well as garden maintenance (including home use)
