1. Pharmaceutical introduction

Dinotefuran is the third generation nicotinic insecticide developed by Mitsui Company in 1998. It has no cross resistance with other nicotinic insecticides, and has the effects of contact and stomach toxicity. At the same time, it also has good internal absorption, high rapid effect, high activity, long duration of effect, wide insecticidal spectrum and other characteristics, and has excellent control effect on stinging sucking mouth pests.  Especially to imidacloprid has produced resistance to rice planthopper, bemisia tabaci, whitefly and other pests have special effects.  The insecticidal activity was 8 times that of the second generation and 80 times that of the first generation. 

2. Main advantages

(6) Good mixing: Dinotefuran can be mixed with spiroworm ethyl ester, pyraphzone, alidinamide, thiamethoxam, thiazinone, pyripropyl ether, acetamiprid and other agents for the prevention and control of spiking pests, and the synergistic effect is very significant. 

(7) Good safety: Dinotefuran is very safe for crops. Under normal circumstances, it will not cause harm. It can be widely used in wheat, rice, cotton, peanut, soybean, tomato, watermelon, eggplant, pepper, cucumber, apple and other crops.

Dinotefuran has the effect of touch and stomach toxicity, but also has a strong kidney permeability and internal absorption, the use of multi-purpose, dosage forms are also many.  At present, the dosage forms registered for production in China are:  0.025%, 0.05%, 0.1%, 3% granules, 10%, 30%, 35% soluable granules, 20%, 40%, 50% soluble granules, 10%, 20%, 30% suspending agent, 20%, 25%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 63%, 70% water dispersible granules.
